Kylie has been my coach for 2 years and I have worked with her in a 1:1 container and her courses.
I was heavily conditioned and so unfulfilled with life. In fact, I was so miserable and suffering so much, I didn’t even want to continue to live life anymore, because it was such a struggle in my mind and body. My marriage failed miserably. I was so unfulfilled in my career as a lawyer, I was in £30k debt and my side hustle business was not taking off. I waved the white flag so many times in the past 5 years and I just couldn’t understand why I was like this. I was grappling with so may demons, and it was the lowest and darkest time in my life with my mental health and burnout from a high pressure job. Even though I had created so much change, healed my mental health and had so much to be grateful for and so much to be proud of, I still had this massive hole within me and just wasn’t happy with my life.
